At Petit Hostel we’ve prepared ourselves to give you the freedom to get in your room at any time. You won’t even have to worry about your arrival time, at our hostel you get to do self chek-in, which means you can arrive at untimely hours if you need to.
You can do the check-in from 2pm to the next morning.
BUT WHAT DOESSELF CHECK-IN MEAN?
You can arrive at our hostel whenever you want and get in without having to wait an endless queue in a reception. What’s our secret? A self check-in machine that allows you to complete the registration of your reservation by yourself. You’ll get your room key card in the blink of an eye!
The check-in process is a piece of cake. You just have to insert yor reservation number, your surname and check-out date or scan the QR code that we send at the time of booking. Then you have to scan your ID or passport, take a picture, sign and pay (if you haven’t done it yet). It’s never been so quick and easy to stay in a hostel!
WHAT IF I HAVE ANY DOUBTS ABOUT SELF CHECK-IN?
We’ve got you covered! Our receptionists will help you with anything you could need: from completing the booking registration with you to handing you a duplicate of your room key card or recommending the best tapas bar in the city.
If you don’t find our staff at the accommodation upon arrival, you can always contact us via the intercom you’ll find close to the auto check-in machine.
Although not in the flesh, we are available 24/7 to meet all your needs and make your stay pleasant and cozy.
And please don’t forget the most important thing! It’s necessary to have a prior reservation if you are going to use our self check-in machine. For this reason, we do recommend you not to wait until the last minute for booking.
You can find our availability and rates on this website, so you are able to book and travel more safety. This way you can avoid availability problems and also you will not have to worry about our staff’s working hours.
Go as you please and enjoy all the technological comforts that characterize our hostel: freedom of access, air renewal systems, lighting control, air conditioning… You won’t want to travel without these services after you try them!
